Webinar with Dr. Gheorghe Jurj: “An introduction to visual signs in homeopathy”
Content:
- how to observe the patient’s totality, the motions, the gestures
- how to select those signs that could be significant for homeopathic prescription
- how to inspect visual signs, looking closely to all details
- how to analyse what we see, using axes of decomposition and layers in different locations
- How to relate the discovered signs with rubrics, repertory, Materia medica
- How to make the synthesis between all visual signs, and between them and symptoms
In other words, these courses will enhance your ability to observe, interpret, and connect what you see with what is spoken (or not… babies don’t talk!). However, nothing will be merely theoretical. We will examine cases and learn how to decipher the fascinating language of non-verbal signs.
Dr. Gheorghe Jurj:
Dr. Jurj completed his medical training at Romania’s Medical University of Timișoara in 1984. He studied acupuncture concurrently, where he honed observational skills that he would later use in his work as a homeopath. Dr. Jurj spent his early years as a General Practitioner in an isolated mountain community of 5,000 people.
Dr. Jurj discovered homeopathy in 1990. He has been in clinical practice using homeopathy exclusively for over 30 years. He has served as a Professor since 1996 and is the Life Honorary President (former President) of the Romanian Clinical Homeopathy Association (ARHC).
Over the past 15 years, Dr. Jurj has been an invited professor for courses throughout Europe (Spain, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Portugal, Czech Republic), as well as in Brazil and Argentina, primarily focusing on the Semiotics of Homeopathy and Visual Signs, while also addressing clinical disciplines such as pediatrics, immunology, and neurology.
Dr. Jurj has published over 50 articles in international journals, including Homeopathy, IJHDR, Revista de Homeopatia, Ukrainian Journal of Homeopathy, Il Medico Omeopata, and Homeopathic Heritage, and is considered one of the most important authors in the field of the semiotics of homeopathy and visual signs, as well as homeopathic dermatology.
